These terms govern the use of Hawax AI by a shop owner ("you", "the shop") who signs up for the service. By using Hawax AI, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Hawax AI is an AI assistant that connects to your shop's existing WhatsApp Business number and replies to customer messages you don't get to — helping book appointments and confirm jobs. You keep using WhatsApp exactly as you do today; there is no separate app or dashboard to manage.

What the service isn't

Hawax AI is not a replacement for your judgment on jobs that need it. Where a conversation needs a decision only you can make, it's routed to you directly so you can reply yourself.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate business information — hours, services, and pricing — so the AI represents your shop correctly.
Keep your WhatsApp Business App active and connected as required for the service to function.
Use the service for legitimate business communication with your customers.

Subscription and billing

Hawax AI is billed as a flat monthly subscription based on your selected plan. Pricing and plan details are confirmed with you directly before your subscription begins.

Cancellation and reverting your number

Please read this before signing up. If you cancel and revert your number to normal WhatsApp Business App use, WhatsApp/Meta applies a cooldown of roughly 1–2 months on that number before it can be reconnected to a service like ours again. We disclose this upfront so there are no surprises — this is a WhatsApp platform rule, not something we control.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your number remains fully usable as a normal WhatsApp Business number throughout and after cancellation.

Limitation of liability

Hawax AI is provided as a business tool to assist with customer communication. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from AI-generated replies, missed messages due to factors outside our control (such as WhatsApp platform outages), or business decisions made based on information relayed through the service.

Changes to the service or these terms

We may update these terms or the service over time. Material changes will be communicated to you directly before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable free zone regulations of [SHAMS — to confirm on license issuance].
